Onboarding
The Libraries’ onboarding program is coordinated thru Employee Services and begins with approval from HR. It is meant to compliment the HR department’s focus on the Universities’ onboarding process. The onboarding program is intended to create a sense of community building and a supportive learning environment. Onboarding is not orientation. It provides the new hire’s first experiences, and it creates opportunities to strengthen job retention.
