Employees complete the self-assessment portion of the form and email it to their supervisor. (Required Deadline) |

Supervisors complete the supervisor’s section of the form and email it to their employee(s). |
1/31/2025 |
Supervisors and employees meet to discuss the evaluation. |

Supervisors ensure the form is electronically signed and emailed to the Library Operations Manager at ckshyna@syr.edu. |
2/10/2025 |
The Library Operations Manager emails the form to HR. |

The HR website includes resources for employees and for supervisor for guidance on preparing for the meeting, creating SMART goals, and resource information in FAQs and the competency library.
