HR

A. Human Resources (HR)

HR oversees the offer to new employees. They provide the offer letter, benefits information, the personal information form, and the background check link. Upon approval of the background check, HR notifies the new employee and the library operations manager and emails the below items:

  • A confirming email letter that includes the start date and HR’s new employee orientation date.
  • Parking pass
  • Campus map
  • I-9 form
  • An HR checklist of tasks with deadlines. Here is an example of the onboarding tasks the employee is responsible for: HR Orientation Tasks.
