In October 2020, the United Way of Central New York, in partnership with the YWCA, launched a community-wide daily challenge, the CNY 21-Day Racial Equity Habit Building Challenge. Each day from October 1-21, participants received daily challenge e-mails on a specific topic related to race, power, and privilege in our community; the daily challenges included readings, videos, podcasts, and questions for self-reflection. All challenges are also freely available online.
