Amber Waves (published 4 times per year), is the flagship publication of the Economic Research Service (ERS), which is part of the USDA . ERS experts and their collaborators cover all areas of food, farming, natural resources and rural America.  There is a free internet edition.

New Historical Resource

The US Department of Agriculture has launched a new resource that may be extremely valuable to students and researchers.  It is the Historical Dietary Guidance Digital Collection. The National Agricultural Library has collected, digitized, and united over 100 years of dietary guidance publications into this single online tool.
