You can also hold an “Audio or Video call” within a chat by selecting the chat you would like to have an audio or video call with and selecting the method.
Once you have selected an Audio or Video call, you will need to make sure you have the correct device selected. Click on the 3 dots (More actions) to expand the menu.
Then select “Show device settings”
Make sure you have the appropriate device selected. Note: devices will need to be plugged in ahead of connecting to the audio or video call (headphones or a webcam).
