The process of moving or migrating your data and layers from your Named-user account to your SSO account will need the assistance from one of the SU ArcGIS Online administrators. Please contact arcgis@syr.edu for assistance and more information.
When you delete items, most item types are placed in a temporary holding location called the recycle bin. This allows you to restore items that were deleted in error. NOTE!!! After 14 days, items in the recycle bin are automatically deleted.
The current default allocation of credits for each account is 15,000. If you run out of credits please contact arcgis@syr.edu to request a new allocation.
Most credits are consumed by geocoding. Five credits will geocode 125 addresses. So the 15,000 credits assigned to your account will geocode 375,000 addresses.

It is highly recommended that for your assignments you make sure to identify any web applications, web maps or datasets that you create as part of a class assignment or a project. To alleviate any misrepresentation of your work, do the following:
Data
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of any Esri product accessed through the Syracuse University educational site license complies with the privacy and security policies outlined by your institution, grant funder, or any applicable legal code. If your research involves human subject data or other sensitive data, you may be required to contact Syracuse University's Office of Research Integrity and Protections website. For more information on protecting identifies in human subjects data. Please review the following information on the Research Data Services Research guide for more information about data management.
If you are going to geocode sensitive data, you will need a local geocoding service setup to ensure the protection of your data. DO NOT USE the ArcGIS Pro or Esri's World Geocoding Service through ArcGIS Online to geocode sensitive data.
