• (For titles available online) Enter the magazine title into the Library's journal locator (a list of print and electronic journals, magazines and newspapers available through the Syracuse University Libraries.  Search or browse by title, ISSN, or subject category)  OR
  
  VISIT SPECIFIC SUBLISTS OF MAGAZINE, JOURNAL AND OTHER PERIODICALTITLES FROM THE JOURNAL LOCATOR FOR:
• Photography (listed under Art, Architecture, and Applied Arts)
• Art, Architecture, and Applied Arts
• Drawing, Design, and Illustration (listed under Art, Architecture, and Applied Arts)
• Visual Arts General (listed under Art, Architecture, and Applied Arts)

Aperture – current and back issues can be accessed online by typing that periodical title into the query window of the library’s journals A to Z list (aka:  journal locator), including access points for physical volumes dating back to 1955 OR visit these access points

“News Photographer” [National Press Photographers Association]– an instance, where online subscriptions tied to a membership are not available to academic libraries as mediator (some Visual Communications students may hold personal memberships with NPPA, with student discounts offered).  The library has an archived collection covering 1979 thru 2020 of print editions, with those back issues of News Photographer housed – in off-site storage.  The SU Libraries Search item record page for News Photographer can be used to request retrieval of specific back issue volumes.
