Winter Holidays and Traditions

Happy Holidays from Syracuse University Libraries! Syracuse University prides itself on affirming the dignity and worth of all people, regardless of age, sex, gender identity and expression, ethnicity, or religious/cultural backgrounds. To celebrate the coming holidays, Bird Library has curated a small list of sources pertaining to various holidays taking place in December. Sources include the history and context of each holiday, as well as folklore, artwork, children's/young adult literature, and other miscellaneous topics! We have also included sections on Holiday Music & Tunes and resources on exploring the spirituality within these holidays. May you have a wonderful holiday season and safe travels!
