Linking to SU Libraries' Online Resources

Learn how to create permanent, sharable, and proxy-friendly links to SU Libraries' online resources

Naxos Overview

Content from Naxos Music Library and Naxos Music Library Jazz is able to be linked to and accessed in multiple ways. Collect links to individual tracks, whole albums, or custom playlists.

Register for a free Naxos User Account to create playlists for personal use.

For faculty who want to create shared playlists that are viewable to all SU users within Naxos, contact Rachel Fox Von Swearingen, Librarian for Music & Performing Arts rsfoxvon@syr.edu.

Links to Albums, Works, Tracks

  1. In album window, click the paperclip icon in the upper right-hand corner.
  2. Links appear below the album title, each work, each track.
  3. Adjust URL (if necessary) to go through proxy server by adding the SU Libraries proxy prefix.
