Test Collection at ETS Will let you search by topic or for a particular test.  According to ETS, " while we have more than 25,000 tests indexed in the database, not all are standardized tests – many are research instruments, some standardized on very small populations, like a classroom of psychology students. Our goal is to collect and index assessment instruments of all kinds."

To obtain full text of test instruments, you will often need to purchase the instrument or go to a library to obtain instruments that are published in books or journals.  More information about locating test instruments in a library
