Report an Electronic Resource Issue
Note: You will need your SU I.D. number in order to access research databases, e-journals, and e-books remotely.
Visit https://library.syr.edu and navigate the web site as usual. When you click on a resource that requires authentication, you will be automatically prompted to authenticate as a valid user through a process called EZ Proxy.
When prompted, please enter the 10 digit SUID number (without spaces) as the NetID and enter your last name (all lowercase) as the password. SPECIAL NOTE: Your ID number may be only 9 digits long. If this is the case, add a zero to the end of it before you submit the information.
Once authenticated, you will be automatically transferred to the resource you selected.
