• (For titles available online) Enter the magazine title into the Library's journal locator (a list of print and electronic journals, magazines and newspapers available through the Syracuse University Libraries.  Search or browse by title, ISSN, or subject category)  OR
   
• Enter the magazine title into the Library's Classic Catalog (using a 'journal title' search.  A list of print and electronic materials available in the Syracuse University Libraries.  Includes books, journals, maps, sound recordings, archival materials, government documents and more.) OR 
   
• (For browsing titles in print format) Browse titles alphabetically in the current periodicals area of Bird Library, 2nd Floor.  Visit https://library.syr.edu for COVID_19 policies and access rules regarding physical library locations during the Fall 2020 semester

“News Photographer” [National Press Photographers Association]– an instance, where online subscriptions tied to a membership are not available to academic libraries as mediator (some Visual Communications student may hold personal memberships with NPPA, with student discounts offered).  The library collects print editions, the current issue – shelved at the current periodicals area of the Carnegie Library, and back issues of News Photographer stretching back to 1979 are– in off-site storage.  The Classic Catalog page for that title can be used to request retrieval of specific back issue volumes.  For Fall 2020, visit https://library.syr.edu regarding policies and access rules for physical collections
