We are upgrading from v.10.1.0 to v.10.2.0 from Jan 12-14, 2021.
Recent updates:
- The Classic Catalog is working, with all usual features (11:20 PM, 1/14/2021)
Prior updates:
- The Classic Catalog has been updated. Some features are missing, or not working. (3:30 PM, 1/14/2021)
- The application has been upgraded and is ready for testing. (11:25 AM, 1/14/2021)
- Work begins on the application server. (11:30 AM, 1/13/2021)
- Data are being indexed. (11 PM, 1/12/2021)
- The new database has been created, and Voyager data are moving into it. (3:15 PM, 1/12/2021)
- The Classic Catalog was set in "read-only" mode, with item availabilities frozen in time. ( 11:35 AM, 1/12/2021)
Before the upgrade:
- Voyager will be down at approximately 11 AM - 1 PM on Jan 12 to put up a temporary OPAC. Circ users can consult with their supervisors about using offline circulation or running Reporter.
During the upgrade:
Voyager clients will be unavailable
The Classic Catalog will be unavailable for a brief time on Tuesday morning, and for 3-4 hours on Thursday morning.
Circulation desks will need to use offline circ, or manually record charges.
Item availability in the Classic Catalog and SUMMON may have errors.
Patron changes and fines information may have errors.
Reports in Hyperion, VgerSelect and Access Reports relying on Voyager will not work.
