Syracuse University Libraries maintain current copies of both the International and New York State building codes. The current editions are housed in the King + King Architecture Library. MADCAD provides online access. Other code and zoning information is limited. Government sites including city specific sites are excellent sources for additional information such as planning reports.
The working drawings are an excellent source for studying mechanical systems. Holdings are listed in Classic Catalog.
