Welcome to the class research guide for SOC 300: Gender, Race and Class in the Caribbean. Use the tabs above for a quick guide to some specially selected resources from Syracuse University Libraries.
This guide was created to assist students in finding and identifying sources that cover issues of intersectionality within the Caribbean. This guide will also describe a few research skills that students can employ to find the most relevant materials such as developing key words, or evaluating and determining the types of sources that are needed for their research.
For questions, please don't hesitate to contact the guide creator, Bonnie Ryan, bcryan@syr.edu Librarian for Latin American Studies and Sociology.
