International Students' Guide: Find Books

A resource guide to the Syracuse University Libraries for international students.

Getting Started

Starting your research?  Not sure where to begin?  Check out these online guides for some general tips, from forming your research topic to finding resources with more information on it:

Find Books at SU

Search for books, maps, music, videos, and other items using our Libraries' catalog!  Just enter some keywords (such as the title, author, subject, etc.) of the item you want to find. Or you can use the search box below:

Find Books Not at SU

For help obtaining a book we do not own, we can borrow it for you from another library for free using our InterLibrary Loan (ILL) system. If you don't have an account, go to our ILL page and sign in with your NetID and password. If this is your first time using this service, you will be prompted to fill in some account information. You can then start using ILL to request the book you need.

For more information, you can also contact our Interlibrary Loan department at 315-443-3725 or ill@syr.edu.
